Sun Manufacturing Co. is a leading provider of precision machined products to world class service and OEM companies here in Houston, as well as throughout the United States and internationally. We are dedicated to providing products and services to the highest quality levels required in today's markets. We pride ourselves in meeting the standards our customer's require and demand in conjunction with achieving the high standards we set for ourselves.

Sun recently moved to a new manufacturing facility in northwest Houston, more than doubling the previous space. The new location has a total of 13-1/2 acres of property, enabling us to accommodate our ever expanding order book. Sun has also added to its' top of the line equipment, increasing our capabilities and capacity. This equipment is instrumental in meeting the critical tolerances and dimensions required by our customers.

Since moving to our new facility we have also increased our QA/QC Department both in size and up to date equipment. Sun Mfg's QA/QC department has four full time employees, all with numerous years of experience and skills in the quality field.

We continue to look for ways to improve quality, delivery and pricing. We recently reorganized the Company and invested in a new integrated software package, enabling us to better control and schedule our shop to meet the needs of our customers.
